Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was fabulous. Edison was a perfectly kind staff member who helped me as much as he could, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. My room was clean and there was free tea which was great, a little grocery store a hop, skip and a jump down the road. The bed was super comfy.

While the room was probably the smallest room I've ever rented (I had the single with shared bathroom), it nevertheless did the job perfectly for a quick one-night stay before departing from Heathrow in the morning. Location couldn't be better, I was at my rental car return five minutes after leaving. Shared bathroom was clean and spacious. And for 30-something pounds, it was a great deal! This will be my first choice from now on if I have a morning flight from Heathrow!

The staff were really lovely, smiling and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet them. The restaurant was great, hand made garlic cheese bread as a late night snack was ideal. My room was very warm, but it was an exceptionally hot evening weather wise.

The room is pretty basic, but that's all I needed. Hot water is hot, heating works, window opens if it's too hot. The Restaurant below looked and smelled really good, although I didn't eat there. Free parking on site. Bus stop outside will take you direct to terminal 5 for £2.

I was really impressed with this place, considering the price and location. Room was noisy with the restaurant below, however I was aware of this when booking. Lady who greeted me when I arrived was very friendly. I'd recommend this place if you need to stay a night near Heathrow on a budget.

The restaurant attached was very good, the staff were amazing and very friendly. The location was good, and it is a very basic room but served the purpose. Good value for money.

Really handy the guest house being attached to an Italian restaurant. Left really early so can't comment on breakfast. Perfect location for our Heathrow parking. Good value for money. Would certainly use again.

Amazing location just 5 minute bus ride from terminal 5 so extremely easy to get to. Hosts were also extremely helpful as our flight got in slightly later and we were 40 minutes late for the check-in but we let them know and they made the effort to wait for us which was really nice. There is a 702 bus which you can get straight to London Victoria from a stop nearby which is convenient for travelling home.

Excellent location as it’s less than 10 minutes to Heathrow by public bus which you can catch right out the door.
