Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was fabulous. Edison was a perfectly kind staff member who helped me as much as he could, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. My room was clean and there was free tea which was great, a little grocery store a hop, skip and a jump down the road. The bed was super comfy.

Amazing location just 5 minute bus ride from terminal 5 so extremely easy to get to. Hosts were also extremely helpful as our flight got in slightly later and we were 40 minutes late for the check-in but we let them know and they made the effort to wait for us which was really nice. There is a 702 bus which you can get straight to London Victoria from a stop nearby which is convenient for travelling home.

I was really impressed with this place, considering the price and location. Room was noisy with the restaurant below, however I was aware of this when booking. Lady who greeted me when I arrived was very friendly. I'd recommend this place if you need to stay a night near Heathrow on a budget.

The restaurant attached was very good, the staff were amazing and very friendly. The location was good, and it is a very basic room but served the purpose. Good value for money.

Really handy the guest house being attached to an Italian restaurant. Left really early so can't comment on breakfast. Perfect location for our Heathrow parking. Good value for money. Would certainly use again.

Great place to stay, rooms are basic, extremely clean and extremely comfortable. The Italian restaurant within the property is out of this world. Parking is excellent. Will always use when in London even although it is 1 hour from Camden.

If you need a place close to the airport, this one is perfect. My room was small and basic, but very clean and comfortable. I had a mini fridge, kettle, and shower in the room. Check in and check out process super easy and staff really nice and helpful

Did not realise it was above an Italian restaurant, May have eaten there if we had prior knowledge. Loction was pretty good as we went on a mini pub crawl followed by a kebab supper. Would defo stay again
